Had another wonderful 2+ months stay at the Alyx with Compass. Efficient fuss-free booking, check-in and check-out. Very responsive to any issues that arise. Clean and well-equipped apartment. Clean building with excellent concierge services. Will be sure to stay with Compass again!

I stay with the Compass team in Boston on a regular basis, and have done so for a couple of years. Always good quality apartments, and good value. The process is seamless. You simply can't beat the convenience.

The team at Compass is excellent. From reservations to administration and onsite services, everything was handled with speed and efficiency and personal attention to detail. Due to changes in our plan, Compass was flexible enough to help, and we stayed in two different properties during our visit to Boston. I would definitely use Compass again.

Stayed @ The Alyx in Boston’s Seaport. Beautiful building in a new neighborhood. Tons of restaurants and a Trader Joe’s within a few blocks. Easy Uber to Back Bay and Cambridge. Apartment was clean and roomy. Concierges were friendly and helpful.

Thank you to Compass Furnished Apartments for providing a turn-key experience at Avalon in Lexington, MA. From the move-in to the move-out process everything was seamless. We enjoyed the spacious and well-appointed accommodations. We highly recommend this property to other individuals and families that require a comfortable and safe temporary living situation.

Place was great, perfect location for sight seeing. We had a couple of minor issues that we reported, but it would have been helpful to receive a call or text from office instead of an email. Don't check email when enjoying sights, but would have answered a call. Therefore none of our issues were resolved. Fantastic location and very comfortable.
